It was the far 5 July 1841, when the tourism was born, thanks to the organization of a train journey from Leicester to Loughborough, by Thomas Cook. Starting from that, Cook began to organize many tourist packages, producing the real trade of tourism which today is one of the most important sources of the world’s economy. As it is known, before that time, only the most wealthy classes of people could afford travelling around the world, through the famous Grand Tour which aimed to show all the beauty of Europe, enchanting huge amounts of tourists from the rest of the Earth. Anyway, nowadays tourism is something more affordable and suitable for all tastes and needs, allowing almost the whole world’s population travelling in different ways, prices and destinations. So, during the time the ways and the conditions have changed, but the beauty of a place always full of enchanted tourists is still the same. According to several surveis, Italy keeps on being one of the most visited countries in the world, and Rome carries on being the most admired city which never gives up conquering the mind and the heart of millions of people. And also here, Sunflower Hotels Group, 3 and 4 star luxury hotels in the centre of Rome, offers all its clients the whole beauty of the Eternal City and the whole comfort of all its accommodations located in the most beautiful areas of the Capital, able to satisfy all needs and taste, from individual, group, family and business tourism, as a real proof of what tourism is today: a marvellous way to discover every corner of the Planet.
